The Process

1) You have a mobile phone/s to sell us, So use the search box and categories to find your mobile phone model/s

2) For each mobile phone please add it to the basket and include the phones IMEI Number (15 Numbers under battery label or by typing *#06# into the phone. Please add ALL the phones to the same order, it will speed up the paying process and avoid any unnecessary postal delays or testing delays.

3) Once you have added all the phones, please add all your details. Please make sure that:

a) Your name and address is spelled correctly. (Otherwise your payment will go to the wrong person / place!)

b) You have added a valid working mobile phone number that we can contact you on, the website automatically texts you updates to when your phone has arrived etc. We will also text you if your phone arrives faulty or incorrect.

SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR MOBILE PHONE NUMBER IS CORRECT.

4) When you hve completed your order online, We will send you a FREEPOST JIFFY bag and information leaflet within 24 Hours.

5) Please read the leaflet that we send you which explains all the methods that you can use to insure and track your mobile phone back to us, we are not responsible for phones that go missing in the post!

6) Post us your mobile/s!

7) When you phone/s arrive the first thing we do it tell the website that they have arrived, you will receive a TEXT to your mobile phone number registered with us, you will also receive a email from us explaining that your phone has arrived.

8) We will then test you phone/s and as long as they are in the same condition that you uploaded them I.e Working we will pass the details to our finance department who will raise a cheque for you / arrange the bank transfer to your account.

a) If your phone arrives in a different condition to you uploaded it. I.e You uploaded it working and the LCD Screen is cracked we will email you and text you (To your registered mobile number) a revised offer for your phone. You have 7 days to accept / decline this offer. If you decline the offer we will return your phone for FREE (other recyclers charge upto £10!) If you accept the revised offer we will carry on processing your payment.

IF YOU DO NOT REPLY WITH 7 DAYS WE WILL PROCESS THE ORDER AT THE REVISED PAYMENT AMOUNT. AFTER THIS WE CANNOT CHANGE THE AMOUNT OR RETURN YOUR PHONE.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE OF YOUR PHONE IS FOUND TO BE BARRED / BLACKLISTED / STOLEN YOU WILL NOT BE PAID FOR THE PHONE AND YOUR PHONE WILL NOT BE RETURNED TO YOU.


9) We will then either post you a cheque, or will arrange the bank transfer.

10) You spend the money!
